Our on-site compliance reviews conduct independent and impartial investigation pertaining to employee complaints, safety issues personnel policies and issues, employee handbooks, and regulatory requirements.

Michael Sullivan

Victor Vaughan (Safety Consultant) and Michael J. Sullivan (Management & Human Resource Specialist) have over 30 years of experience working with major corporations. Vic has traveled world wide on safety issues, and Mike served as Wyoming's Labor Commissioner for four different Governors. He has also appeared as an Expert for School Districts, State/County Government, Hospitals and Private Industry.

Michael J. Sullivan, former Wyoming Labor Commissioner

Mike served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for more than 1800 cases. He was responsible for enforcement of Wage & Hour, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Works Projects, Prevailing Wage, and Equal Employment Opportunity issues.

Victor V. Vaughan, Environmental Scientist and Safety Consultant

Victor has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of health and safety. He directs and conducts on-site inspections and training for both the public and private sector in the following areas:

Floyd Esquibel, Employment Law Consultant

Floyd has served as a State Administrative Law Judge and Adjudicator presiding over EEO and Wage & Hour for more than 25 years. When he's not busy solving employment issues, Floyd serves in the Wyoming State House as a Representative.
