Upon notification by a Client of a Wage and Hour or Discrimination issue, such as termination,
sexual harassment, contract, policy manual, discrimination, or other matters that could escalate
into a legal concern, SELAC will respond and be on-site within 72 hours. Seminars, Training, and
Environmental Protection/OSHA compliance assistance will be scheduled no later than thirty days
from notification date.

PROFESSIONAL FEES
TRAVEL EXPENSES:
Actual expenses when flying or
driving to an on-site location within four hours. If the travel requires more than 4 hours,
the minimum for the day will be actual expenses plus a perdiem of $500.
SERVICES:
Initial Review or discussion of a case
No Charge
ONSITE VISITS:
Consultation, Compliance review, Training or Seminars, Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
$185 per hour for a full eight hour day. All on-site work requiring four hours or
less will have a minimum charge of $800.
Administrative Preparation:
Prepare and finalize a report.
$100 per hour
Administrative policy development fee
For adherence to the pertinent regulatory law, issues, personnel policies, and decisions made by
management.
$100 per hour.
Expert Witness
Minimum fee upon notification and review of the case is $250.
Attest in Court is $185 per hour with a minimum fee per day of $800.
Deposition fee will be at $1,480 per day
